Where our numbers come from
MailFit helps people choose an email marketing or newsletter tool for their niche. This page explains exactly where the figures come from, how often they change, and how we make money — so you can judge the comparisons for yourself.
Where the data comes from
Every price and feature on this site is taken from each vendor's official pricing or feature page. We do not estimate, average, or guess. When a value is not published by the vendor, we mark it as "Custom" or leave it blank rather than invent a number.
We do not run hands-on tests of these tools. Our comparisons are built from the vendors' published data, not from our own product trials. We tell you the source for each tool so you can verify it yourself.
How the data stays current
Pricing changes often. A scheduled job re-checks each vendor's official pricing page and updates our data automatically. To avoid publishing a bad read, an automated value only replaces a stored one when it is found with high confidence and is close to the previous figure; a large or uncertain change is held for review instead of going live. Each comparison and review page shows a "Last updated" date so you know how fresh the figures are.
